‘Burnham unveils ‘rewired Britain’ vision that ‘investors can back’’

– Andy Burnham has announced plans for “Number 10 North” in a policy speech delivered today (June 29) in Manchester. Speaking at the People’s History Museum, the recently elected MP for Makerfield said the new Manchester hub would be “the nerve centre of a rewired Britain” and “the conduit through which we redistribute power and resources across the UK.”
