‘Crucial’ UK £92 document ‘hugely underused’ and it’s not a will’

– People across the UK are failing to get a crucial document in place that could save families big headaches. That’s according to financial advisers, who are unanimous in their view that a lasting power of attorney (LPA) is just as vital as having a will, yet they warn that LPAs remain “massively underused” and that “the consequences of not having one can be severe”.
